SECP planing to review details of investors and owners of companies

SCEP is planning to bring a new law that will allow them to have the details of the owners and investors who have invested in both local companies and foreign companies registered as offshore firms in Pakistan. Ministry of Finance will soon be presenting a proposed draft in the parliament.
