• We work with the country's leading insurance companies to bring a wide range of insurance products to address customers' specific needs related to Car Insurance, Travel Insurance, Health insurance, and Life Insurance.
• We are urgently looking to hire 2 Call Center Executives / Agents for our Johar-Town based office in Lahore. 

The following is a summary of roles & responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills (Urdu) - Intermediate English language skills
• Good telephonic communication skills and previous call centre experience (minimum 1 year of call centre experience)
• Developing an in-depth understanding of company products & services.
• Selling company's products to target customers.
• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Meeting monthly sales targets.
• Well organized and good with customer follow-ups
• Customer relationship building
• Any past experience of working with Insurance products such as Health Insurance, Car Insurance, Travel Insurance, or Life Insurance would be preferred.
• Holds a Bachelors degree such as BA/BSc/BCom

• Develop the overall strategy, business plans, and framework for the Partnerships team, and ensure successful execution in alignment with expected targets.
